Yes, our Merch Store and Star Cafe are open during museum opening hours and you don't need a general entry ticket to use them.
Our Merch Store sells a range of band t-shirts, books, vinyl and memorabilia, with items from all our temporary exhibitions past and present, including Frankie Says 1984!, Bands FC, Dorothy, OMD, Microdot and The Charlatans.
Our Star Cafe is open to sit inside or outside and sells Illy coffee and a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks. It is also licensed to serve alcohol.
I have general entry tickets booked through your website, but I couldn't visit due to lockdown – what can I do?
Your ticket will remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Just keep hold of your original email and present it at ticketing when you are ready to come back. You don't need to book a slot, just come along when you feel ready to visit.
I visited before lockdown and my ticket is valid for a year from first entry – will this be extended to compensate for the time you were closed?
All valid tickets will be extended for any forced closure periods.
I have event tickets booked through your website, but due to lockdown the event is being rescheduled – what should I do?
Please keep hold of your tickets until the event has a rescheduled date. Once we have a new date confirmed for the event, we will contact all ticket holders and outline your options.
It says you have to pre-book because places are limited, but I already have a ticket/voucher – what should I do?
Don't worry, we have allocated a number of places per time slot for our returning guests/guests with pre-booked vouchers so you don't have to pre-book. Come back and visit us when you feel ready. As time slots are every 15 minutes, you shouldn't have to wait too long before you can enter.
