We are devoted to our customers satisfaction, If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. If you would prefer an exchange we will send it promptly. All returns should accompany the original sales receipt. All returns are subject to a physical inspection. We must have the product back and inspected before a credit can be issued. Defective items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only. Four Horsemen Tackle will pay return shipping charges for incorrect merchandise only. 

If your merchandise was damaged in shipment or there is a discrepancy in the number of packages received please email us at 4Horsementackle@gmail.com.

A return authorization must be received prior to returning any items.

You should ship the package using Fedex, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation.

All merchandise must be returned in new, unused, resealable condition within 30 days. Refunds or exchanges on any defective merchandise will be given after a returned and the product evaluated.

We will not accept any COD packages.
We will not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges or return charges if the wrong shipping address entered at checkout.
